The reduced rates are applicable in the following cases:
- Authors of papers presented orally (acceptance by the Scientific Committee will be notified in due time).
- Students (send documentation indicating the status of a student to the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org)
The tariffs includes:

In the event that you wish to cancel the application, you can send a request to the following e-mail email@example.com
. If the cancellation is made before 10. July, the full amount will be refunded. Between 10. July and 15. August 50% of the total amount will be reimbursed. No refund for cancellations after.
